Fee

Individual membership fee

The individual membership fee covers the membership of one individual member and has to be paid on a calendar year basis. On condition that the individual membership fee has been paid before the end of March the individual member involved is entitled to attent the annual meeting of EUPRIO and to get a member's discount on the conference fee for the annual EUPRIO conference in the year in question.

The individual membership fee 2007 is 75 euro plus administrative costs.
The individual membership fee 2008 will be 90 euro plus administrative costs.

Institutional membership fee

The institutional membership fee covers the membership of 1-4 employees of the institute/organisation involved, and has to be paid also on a calendar year basis. This means that an institute/organisation has to pay 1 x the institutional membership fee for 1-4 employees, 2 x the institutional membership fee for 5-8 employees, 3 x the institional membership fee for 9-12 employees etcetera. The institutional membership fee entitles groups of up to four employees to be registered as members. These members have the same rights as individual members on the condition that the institutional membership fee has been paid before the end of March.

The institutional membership fee 2007 is 150 euro plus administrative costs per group of 1-4 employees.
The institutuional membership fee 2008 will be 180 euro plus administrative costs per group of 1-4 employees.

Payment of fees

In countries with a national representative the membership fee has to be paid to the national representative. In countries without a national representative the membership fee has to be paid directly to the Euprio bank account. The national representatives or - in countries without a national representative - the Euprio treasurer will send individual and institutional members an invoice for the payment of the membership fee.
